We inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679, that Mo-El S.p.A will process the data you provide in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. The provision of data is optional, but any refusal to provide them makes it impossible to fulfill your requests. The personal data you provide are collected electronically and processed, even with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or through third parties (delivery companies) for the following purposes:
- Purposes related to the execution of the service and the management of the purchase order of products;

Your data may be transferred to third-party companies, subsidiaries, or parent companies. Within the company, the data may be known only by specifically appointed personnel operating in the Information Systems, Marketing, Commercial, Administration and Accounting, and Customer Support departments.

The Data Controller uses collaborators and employees who operate under its authority and are properly instructed to correctly process your personal data. Your personal data are also processed by our software service providers.

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT?
You can exercise your rights by sending a specific request to the email address info@mo-el.com or to the PEC address amministrazion@pec.mo-el.eu or via registered letter with return receipt, without any formality and free of charge. The message with which you request to exercise your rights must contain the following information in the subject line: “Privacy – [Name Surname] – [Right you intend to exercise]”. You will receive a response at the email address you provided to assert your rights as a data subject.

We collect only the data strictly necessary to enable you to enjoy our services in compliance with the principle of minimization and protect them with appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures.
